I haven't stayed at the other hotels, but friends of mine have. Check out Mic's forum for hotel reviews if you haven't already. (see link) I do know that the Padma is quite expensive & the Mandira & Niksoma are more expensive than the KP.
If you check out any hotel location maps, the KP is next door to & north of the Jayakarta Hotel, on the Legain/Seminyak border.
To get up to date prices, email the hotel. I paid 385,000Rp per night for a room including breakfast, but his was low season.
