The breakfast at the Dynasty that is. But it does add up.
For a lovely breakfast on the beach go to La Luciola in Seminyak. They have a few set menus at 70.000 ($11) and it is a special treat.
You could try a few of the close hotels (Kartika etc which should be a bit cheaper). If you get a cab to Melasti St there are many restaurants there and in Garlic lane and Padma St that have good, cheap breakfasts. Indo National in Padma has a nice choice for breakfast. Legian Garden has an all you can eat buffet for $2.50 each.
Remember though you are not going to get pastries etc like you would probably get at the Dynasty.
