in the apartments. When we arrived, I would leave the family at reception and go and check out the apartment they had allocated to us. They seem to allocate their worst first. I would always check if toilet worked/leaked, aircon worked, type of sofa bed for the kids etc. usually had to look at 4 or 5 before we found one suitable. the last time we were there we upgraded to a junior suite which was right near the round pool. Much better location as the apartments are quite a walk from pools, beach etc. If you're on the top floor, there is a lift but I wasn't happy about the kids using it alone
