totally. If you have excess luggage then you should be prepared to pay.
I pay extra to fly B.C. and this gives me 30 kilos.
Prices to Bali are relatively cheap but if airlines are continually forced to cover extras then they will put fares up.
Excess luggage means extra fuel needed which in turn means extra costs to airline.
I for one would rather cheaper fares and those who have excess luggage pay.
