Lovina is a couple of km west of Singaraja on the north coast. Well, I don't know if the dolphin watching is that great really. It's ok but definitely not worth going there just for that thing alone. It would cost you about 50k Rp/person and the tour is about 1,5-2 hours or so starting 6 o'clock in the morning. Stay at Pondok Elsa if you want basic, cheap, and clean accomodation. Very nice staff there and they will help you with the dolphin and snorkeling trips as well.
