Just back from Bali on Sat. Only frequented Bintang Supermarket and Bali Deli... Bintang has a lot of locally made baby food (Nestle, Nutricia - cereals) ... Bali Deli stocks some great baby food in jars... your regular Heinz, Gerber, Baby Nat... but VERY expensive...
As for nappies, from what I can remember, I saw the Huggies pull-up pants (XL size, pack of 10) was about Rp 39,000.
We've been to Bali 5 times (3x with our son) and I've always packed our own nappies, milk, juices and baby food.... you'll use whatever you bring, which leaves loads of room in the suitcase for shopping!!!
