We were over there last year and bought local nappies for our 13 month old and because it was so hot and he dranks lots, he basically wet straight through them! Luckily we had some friends coming over in a couple of days time to us and they bought us some Huggies from home, over. Phew.
If I were you, I would take my own nappies from home. The nappies there aren't really made to hold a lot! We used our left overs as padding in the surfboards....
