It was 25,000 a night, which I think is pretty decent. 400,000 for a deposit, and your hire cost basically just comes out of that, and they give you the change.
Now.. the name... hehe. I can't remember what it was called, but if you walk north past the Santika (where we stayed), past the dynasty and green-garden hotels, on that same side of the road a few metres up is a dvd store that is on the top floor of some kind of market/mini-mart place. You walk up some stairs to get to it, behind a tourist information place. Its clearly visible from the road but I can't remember the name, sorry.
Also, the x-box was 100,000 a night, pricey but the guy had to travel an hour just to drop it off, and since he was the only guy that I could find to hire one in all of Kuta/Tuban, I was pretty pleased :-)
