The person organising the craft project for the kids has actually requested that readers of the magazine actually send the made mini books, which have to be a certain size, to be sent into the magazine for the children. The lady organising the delivery of the books and embelishments will be delivering the books etc around christmas for the children.
So they arent actually asking for items to be delivered to the orphanage, on an individual basis. This may confuse the staff at the orphanage, I dont even know if they are aware of this or if it is a surprise for the children.
I think they are trying to make it as fair as possible for all the children, so they all recieve similar articles.
