Its highly likely that criminals have contacts in bali banks. I used my credit card in a Kuta bank and i think my details were stolen, after getting a cash advance. After getting back home i get a call from the bank and my details are being used at a shop in korea. They got $1700 before my card was stopped, no cost to me and new card reissued 3 days later. For my next bali trip i will use the ATM's if the cash runs out.
