You could try a guy named Hadi - pronounced Hardy. He has a display outside the Angin Laut (Sea Breeze) restaurant which is next door to the Kopi Pot Restaurant on Legian Rd. Hadi sells a lot of stone products mainly Onyx and I have seen eggs in his display. This place is located on the Kuta side of the old Mata Hari store on the other side of the road. If Hadi does not have what you are looking for he will probably be able to get them for you
