I just got back and had to take a concoction of medications as i have a severy allergy as well. I had a note from the doctor specifying the name of each drug and why i needed it. It was writted on paper with a letterhead and i made sure all my medication had stickers with my name on them. I got questioned in denpasar and had to produce the letter and show them each medication an arrival and departure. No problems.
