happened to us twice, after getting cash advance at bank in kuta square! they had spent $4,000 first occasion in hong kong, also second time was spent in hong kong, got the print out and each time was same stores and restaurants,music stores.
This happened to us about two years ago, second time had spent $700.
Yes it goes on all over the world, fortunately our bank covered any losses, but oh! the incovenience waiting and having new pin etc.
