recommend "The Dynasty Resort" in Tuban, you can walk to Kuta and it's in an ideal location for the family, as waterbom park is located in the same street and is a short walk from the hotel. They have an excellent kid's club for 4 years and up with fantastic staff and there's a waterslide in the kids pool. You can't go wrong here for your first time trip to Bali with 4 children.
