We love Sanur Paradise Plaza hotel as well have been staying there for 4 years never had any problems with it and the staff are lovely, we always get the 50% off food and 25% off drink card.
PS The Sanur Paradise Plaza Hotel is the sister to Sanur Paradise Plaza Suites. And having sayed at both, we prefer to stay at the Hotel, not saying the suits are Bad, its just the hotel is more to our comfort.
