Stayed there in Feb this year. It is lovely. Smaller property - staff excellent, go out of their way to assist, and when I offered a tip, I was politely rejected and I was told it was not necessary - breakfasts sensational - not as impressed with the dining room at night, but in all fairness, only tried it once. Excellent restaurants near by - try the Flying Piano in Monkey Forest Rd just around the corner - or a whole host of restaurants just along the beach. Would suggest upgrade to Suite if possible, these rooms are stunning.
Only problem was with the Circle K supermarket in the street at the back of the resort (nothing to do with resort itself) - they consistently tried to rip us and others off. Make sure you add up what you should be paying (all shelves are marked with prices) they have a nice little rort going on!
