There are certainly more tourists (australian) around then there were in January when I was there last. The general vibe in shops seems to be that things are starting to pick up. More Europeans around in Seminyak than Australians and restaurants were, while most were not full, at least half full. The esception was Trattoria which seemed to be full all the time.
