i've booked my husband, who has nil experience, into a 3 day Odyssey Surf School course while we're there in May. It's for 2 and 1/2 hours a day, with pickup and return to hotels.
They have longer courses available and i like their 3 pupils to one teacher ratio for the largest class, plus i like the programme. They'll take even smaller classes than that for a small increase in price.
I have also heard the Hard Rock Hotel has a lot of children's surf classes.
