All the companies I mentioned have their lessons for beginners on the Kuta/Legian strip of beach. Some of them (like Rip Curl) offer surfing trips at other surf breaks (which would be coral) for more experienced surfers.
Do a Google search on them (they all have a website) and you'll find out the courses available, costs, etc.
