Take a plunger and the coffee you like to Bali. Make it any time you like, how you like.
Most 3+ star hotels will have a jug for boiling water in your room. Room service can provide you with milk or you can buy it at Dijon (Kuta) or Balideli in Seminyak. The Bintang supermarket may also stock fresh milk.
Long life milk is available practically everywhere.
I don't like Bali coffee.
