I always take up to 6 different types of medication including panadeine forte and never had a problem. I get a letter on the surgery letterhead always states "Dear Customs officer" then says
my name and I am carrying .... lists all the medication and states they are by prescription. My doctor then signs and stamps it. Have only been asked for it once and on this occassion they checked it was my name on the packets then no problem. I do carry them in my hand luggage and most times nobody bothers with them.
