Here's what I'd do with a day in Sanur: stroll along the main road (Jalan Danau Tamblingan) from Jalan Danau Tondano heading south and then cut thru to the esplanade path (perhaps thru' the Hyatt) and then head back north along the path towards the Grand Bali Beach Hotel, stopping for a drink at the Griya Santrian. (The path is quite long but well worthwhile & so a bike would be great if you could lay your hands on one.)
