a drink at their beach bar.
Sit and have a drink there and refresh, then go for a stroll to the beach markets, (sellers a little full on, but okay if they think you've been before), lots of nice different stuff as well all fixed prices at Tootsies stall and Jenny's next door. Out the back door of Tootsies is a great painter with good prices, you don't have to haggle much.
If a Sunday, local families flock to the beach, sit with them and share grilled corn cooked in front of you on the beach..yummy! but they do tend to overcook for my likings so make sure you watch and stop when happy. Watch the kites being flown and unwind....
Sanur is great for relaxing and meeting locals...
