With Noel Allen's guidance and assistance I am in the process with my local Rotary here in SA to set up a sponsorship program like Noel's for the school in Boutihing we have been assisting. As Noel can vouch unfortunately it is not an overnight process as there is lots of legal and establishment requirements to meet. At the moment we are still working on the initial set up. As soon as it is all up and running I will happily let you all know exactly how you can become involved.
