What are peoples' recent opinions about any of these 3 places to stay?

I know they are budget & that is what I am looking at. Have already read archives & looked at the web sites. Have been to Bali on a number of occasions, always choose a different place each time.
Price per night???? as these are not listed on their websites.
My husband recently stayed at Secret Garden for $30AUS a night per room and was wondering how that compares with these.
