Has anyone used this service and what was the earliest you checked in at the Denpasur city office before flight departure? Or would you recommend getting to the airport 4 hours before boarding?

Then make your way to the airport at your convenience. It means you'll have more time for yourself, and less time waiting at the airport. City Check-In can be done by other people who are not passenger by showing the original document ( e.g. Ticket, Passport, Visa, etc.). "
