differ on one issue. You regularly make comment about "disabled" people or people with "disabilities" and recognise these people as such. In my opinion people do not have "disabilities" or are
"disabled". They are just average people who are different to other average people albeit with slightly different needs.. Just as we have tall, short, big, small, black or white. All average people but different in their own way. As for what I would say to ANYONE on the street or anywhere for that matter, this would depend on how those people came across to me at that time. The biggest problem I see facing "disabled" people are the do-gooders who think they know what's best and want to wrap them in cotton wool and shield them from the real world. Not something I would suggest is desired by a lot of "disabled" people. As for my comments to Peter, it was MY opinion he was acting like a petulant prat and I commented accordingly. I did not ask anyone to agree with me. I had and still have no problems standing by my comments.
