Try this last time I was there I got severe tonsilits and could hardly swallow, it is called sore throat pain relief in a spray bottle, all homeopathic stuff in it but bloody brilliant a few squirts to the back of throat and i could swallow again. I got it at the chemist on Melasti st. Hope your throat getts beter soon...
