No you cant get into denpasar airport with out a ticket. I was in bali in december for 1month with my mum and sister, my sister flew home 2weeks early and that was in janurary this year, and she was only 17 and We were not allowed in to the airport to help her, my mum even offered to pay but the guards said no. I think it is because of the last bombings, they have upgraded the sercurity which is good.
