I have just found out that Garuda cancelled business class from Perth only from 1st April 2006 due to the introduction of new aircraft. My partner and I had booked and paid for business class only to find out after picking up our tickets that there was no such service. I was really disappointed as travel insurance doesn't cover this and I was unable to get any answer from Garuda even after I emailed them 6 times and rang them 4. They say they may reintroduce business class later in the year for Perth.
