You could make investigation by asking the hotel directly, and ask the hotel if the travel agent always send guests to them. There are a lot of hotels in Ubud, and they are not expensive. What I will do, if I was you, I will just book a night or twok, then the rest will do by your own way. And you could always arrange with that agent as well.
