Well the other Pommie 1/2 has offerred to take me to Bali for xmas.
I think he felt left out on my fab trip last month.
But who cares - yahoo I get to go again !!
Anyhow having practically given up on him ever wanting to go to Bali again I really didnt research places to stay for us both. ( darn !!)
I am thinking well probably stay a large part of the time at The Rama Garden in JL Yudistira ( Padma ) - though it doesnt have a swim up bar some guests advised they give you an esky with ice & just fill it up with your goodies - the other half was pleased with that idea. !!
Plus their pool seemed to have a lot of guests around in the arvo - so thats a good sign. Nothing worse than a pool bar and no attendent & no one else to talk to !! Or and cost a fortune !!
Anyhow we would like to spend a few days/night x 3 say in relax mode somewhere - but I am not sure where ? Being next to the beach doent bother me. But I wouldnt mind a place with a bit of room and an outdoor type shower for a change. Somewhere also where there is not many screaming kids !!!
I havent been to Sanur at all - Im told its dead - well maybe quiet is what we need - but at the same time I like to hope in a taxi or take a short walk for eating out & shopping so dont want to be on top of a mountain in the sticks.
Okay Sanur places - ( He can up the Budget cos I am choosing Rama Garden as a cheapie for the bulk of the trip )
What do you think about Puri Santrian - Bunglaow with an Open Bathroom ??
What about the Waka Maya - I think this is in the bottom end of Sanur -any recent feed back here ??
Or some other idea ??
