Centro is the Main department store that is in the Discovery Shopping Mall. Discovery is not just a reasonable shopping mall. It is an enormous new shopping complex. It was finished in 2004/05.
There are many great shops in there. Well worth a look. Some good places to eat on the beach end with great views. You must try the bakery at the main entrance called Bread Talk, (Yum). And yes, it is opposite Waterbom Park. There is also a handy supermarket in the basement. Enjoy.
