Diving - Pricing

Hi all,

Been checking out the websites on diving in Nusa Lembongan. Most of them are charging USD35 for one fun dive. Well, I was wondering is this the normal/fixed price that all the divers have set or can I negotiate/bargain for a better price with the dive centres?

Is there any dive centres with good instructors that any of you might wanna reccomend? Thanks a lot!
