Must have been, although I have read others complain of lack of service also. I went Business Class as a surprise for my husbands 60th. Went we got to the Brisbane airport he asked when checking in any chance of a upgrade and the clerk told him he was as high as he could go. That's when we told him. Flight over wasn't too bad except that we got food mainly consisting of lettuce. It was the night flight home. Was given tea and then didn't see the staff until 30 mins before landing and wasn't given the advertised menu and all I wanted was a cool drink my throat was so dry. Oh well more money to spend in Bali by going economy.
