Billys is good - bit quiet as has been mentioned. Doesnt matter what time of the day a coldie there is great.
Wayan and Friends have happy hour 4-6 I think on JL Padma - and their beer is icy cold. Just down abit toward the beach end is the Rama Garden Hotel - which I m told is good for a drink and food is good as well.
Theres a place I think its called Posers on corner of JL Padma & JL Padma Utara which whilst I didnt eat or have a drink there - seems a good position to check out the passers by.
Legends in Garlic Lane has a good band Wed, Fri & Sundays from 8pm.
And you have to check out Hulu's in the same street ( JL Padma end)
for their great drag queen shows @ 10:30pm and 11:30pm.
