International licence has always been enough for me. Its not stamped for bike as i have never had a bike licence. Have been pulled over by Polici many times and have never had a problem with my licence.
Bike hire cost varies. It depends on how well you can "haggle". Usually costs us 20,000rp for a manual and 25,000 for an auto.
