question regarding gold.....

Last year I took over all my broken 9ct gold,thinking I would get it melted down and made into something .Went to jewellers in kuta square on the corner,they would not do it,they fixed a couple of things for me and did a good job.Anyone know of any others that might do this?????Thanks for any info.sc
