We did their tour last month and it was fantastic! By far the best thing we've done so far.
I believe you can book through your hotel or an agent in town to get a discount, also Baliquad take bookings on the internet.
Minimum age is 7 for a passenger, not sure about a rider.
They're not much like bikes to handle, but it really is a hoot, in and among the local village (forget the name now, but a bit past Ubud)and the surrounding farms. All the locals wave and smile, makes it all warm and fuzzy.
My sister-in-law, Jen, was a bit iffy about the whole thing, then, once her bum was one one, she led the pack! Testament enough, eh?
The guide (on a trail bike) will stop for you at all the photo opportunities and will take your photos as well.
The going rate is, or was, $69 US per adult rider, not sure about the others.
In my humble opinion, the best value for money around.
You get to stop at a farm for bali coffee (delicious and I didn't die) and we even had the offer of a demonstration cockfight.
We politely declined that little number.
The view from the farm is quite spectacular, looking out over a gorge used for rafting.
The organisers give you a lesson on their little circuit at the base, then away you go.
On your return, a couple of girls from the village have made you lunch, very nice indeed.
I recommend you try the morning session. The pickup from your hotel's a bit early, but the freshness of everything is really good.
Also, you're back at the hotel by early arvo and there's a lot of time for really serious holidaying.
