If you are flying Garuda then I have found Roger at Garuda Orient Holidays to be the most patient and helpful person. I tried a number of other agents and came to the conclusion that realistically it was always going to be cheaper to book hotels direct or through Mida and that I would only take a package to get the cheaper airfare for my son who can travel as a child on a package.
