If you ask at the hotel reception desk they should be able to help you. We just came back from 9 days and we stayed at the Lokha on JL Padma. We asked for the babysitter, but she was already booked, so they organised one of the girls from the day spa to look after our 4 year old, who had already crashed.
We paid 25,000rp per hour, but we tipped on top of that.
