Hi Ras, had my hair taken care of for nearly two years at a salon called De Luzern, it is in Istana Kuta Galleria, near Tiare Dewata supermarket and Ace hardware. Privately owned, cheap as but as professional as here in melbourne, Jimmy for the colour and Yoyo for the cut, both trained in Jakarta. I had tips, streaks, full colour, my friend when she came over always had her blonding done. I think we got it right for them western style. Many rich Jakartans who came for weekend, were constant clients there. It was about third of price. Tell them Anna from Melbourne sent you. The Kuta Galleria is on corner of Jl Raya Kuta and Jl Patih Jelantik, in Kuta.
