You can go up to Senaru and have a guided walk in the National Park. Must leave early in the morning from Senggigi as the drive takes 2-2,5 hours. Visit Gangga Waterfalls and swim in the natural pools, the guide Udin will take good care of you. Go down to Kuta and enjoy white prestine beaches. From Senggigi it's not more than a one hour boatride to the 3 Gilis, Trawangan, Meno and Air, nice for a relaxing day on the beach and for snorkeling.
