try the Spa at the mabisa hotel, next to The Coffee Shop on Padma utara. went here last time , they have the usual massages, scrubs, facials etc. but also doing Chocolate based treatments. Nice therapists, good price, and good quality products. They were using Martha Tilaar and Spa Factory Bali products when I went.
