As I queued to get into the Commonwealth Games at the MCG and had by bag thoroughly searched, I thought "well this is great for when I'm inside but what is to stop someone who wants to blow us up from doing so in the crowds walking towards the ground?" But did it stop me from attending several events in different locations and enjoying all of them.
We have two choices in life..... Live it to the full or die wondering. Whilst I don't take silly risks, I do not stay at home too scared to move because a terrorist may get me. I could be run over by a bus tomorrow! In the meantime, be careful, keep your eyes open and as Johnny says "be alert not alarmed!!" Have a great holiday...
