minyak oles bokashi

we bought this oil in Bali when my son had a reaction to a henna tattoo but didnt end up using it as he had to have hospital treatment, i was wondering if anyone knows what its use is , it smells like a rubbing oil for aches and pains, the leaflet in the box is in indonesia many thanks to anyone that can help.
