I actually had my husband rub some on my back this morning in order for me to be able to get moving & out of bed.I had a bad fall a couple of weeks ago & have been having a pretty bad time since.It is terrific if you have muscular aches & pains.You can feel the warmth going into your body & doing you good.
I have also used it for Mozzie bites & it relieves the itch.
