How to pay? Eftpos, Credit or Cash?

Hi everyone,
Just wanting to get some advice on buying the more expensive things in bali. A few of the places i am going to buy more expensive things are Janakos for a suit, Optis Seis for some prescription glasses, a tour booth to book elephant rides, WWR, boat tours, etc..., D**'s from H***** and i was wondering do these places take Eftpos Cards, i am a bit concerned about using my credit card and big wads of cash to make these purchases so i thought eftpos might be a safer way,
