There are many drivers in Bali, and all looking for a job. Just talk to the drivers you will meet in front of your hotel, look at the car he is using and negoiate a price. I think Sanur - Candi is about half a day of work for him, it's about 1 1/2 hour each way. Think Rp 200.000 would be a good price for the driver.
