By a potty and start training now, Yes thats right there are no western dunnies in Bali just squatbicles.Also if you want to get use to the sewer smell go into the internalional airport you are leaving from and check out the mess and smell. Yes Bali has ordinary toilets and you will probably find the squat toilets cleaner.
